ACTS: Worst book of the bible EVER

The book of Acts is by far the least credible of all the books of the bible besides Revelations as it repeatedly contradicts the gospels and other parts of the bible and states all rumor as fact. It also never mentions the 500 people Paul claims Jesus saw between the resurrection and ascension.

  1. The book of Acts is by far the least credible of all the books of the bible – except where the historical facts of Roman politicians is concerned, where the geography is spot on, where the narrative consistently makes sense, where the theology fits Luke’s objective – to show the ongoing work of Jesus through the Church. No, Acts is hardly credible, apart form all that.

it repeatedly contradicts the gospels – except when you notice that it shares one of the authors, with the same linguistic style, vocabularly and priorities in his narrative. No, Acts contradicts the Gospels, apart from when it doesn’t.

It also never mentions the 500 people Paul claims Jesus saw between the resurrection and ascension. Apart from it not needing to… especially when you notice that Luke, in volume 1 of his work for Theophilus, records more post-resurrection narrative than the other Gospels, and that it flows neatly from Luke 24 to Acts 1. Apart from that, it’s rubbish!

Except that when it isn’t. The problem for the atheists is the startling truth of Acts 1:1 – the Gospel was just the beginning…
